Professional Bartending

From your signature cocktail to the final toast, our bartending team ensures your guests are cared for with warm hospitality and professional service.

Savvy Southern Events provides trained, professional, and insured bartenders who deliver polished, attentive service while keeping your bar organized and running seamlessly throughout your celebration.

Our bartending experience includes:

7 hours of professional bartending service, including bar setup and teardown time
Early arrival to prepare, organize, and fully stock the bar before guest service begins
Portable bar and professional bartending tools
Wedding-party beverage service as time and event logistics allow
Assistance creating personalized signature cocktails
Professional bar service throughout your celebration
Last-call management and responsible bar closing
Post-event bar breakdown and cleanup
Approximately one bartender per 100 guests to maintain an elevated level of service

Savvy Southern Events provides the bartending team, portable bar, and necessary bartending tools. Clients provide alcohol, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, and other consumable bar items.

Our team can also provide guidance on beverage quantities and bar planning to help you prepare appropriately for your guest count and selected menu.

Professional Bartending begins at $500 per bartender for up to 7 hours of service.

The 7-hour service window includes required setup and teardown time. Additional service time may be added and will be quoted based on the needs of your celebration.

Gratuity is not included and is always appreciated for exceptional service.

Need something beyond your selected planning experience? Our team can create a customized proposal based on the specific needs, logistics, and vision of your celebration.

Every celebration is unique. Our additional services allow you to customize your Savvy Southern Events experience with the level of support, styling, and logistical assistance your wedding requires.

Additional Planning Team Support

For celebrations requiring expanded staffing beyond the coordination team already included in your selected package (250+ guests), additional Savvy Southern Events team members may be added to provide enhanced logistical, vendor, wedding-party, and guest support.

Additional Coordinator — $550 per additional 100 guests over 250

An additional coordinator is already included in our planning packages for weddings with more than 150-250 guests.

Décor Installation & Teardown

Enjoy your wedding day without asking family or your wedding party to handle boxes, centerpieces, signage, or end-of-night cleanup.

Our team professionally oversees the placement, styling, installation, and teardown of your approved wedding décor, ensuring your vision is thoughtfully executed while you and your loved ones remain fully present for the celebration.

Standalone Décor Installation & Teardown — $2,500

Preferred Planning Client Rate — $1,000

The preferred rate is available when Décor Installation & Teardown is added to a Savvy Southern Events Wedding Management, Partial Planning, or Full-Service Planning experience.

Service Parameters: For the safety of our team and protection of your event, Savvy Southern Events does not operate machinery, lifts, or specialized equipment and does not perform installations requiring ladders or elevated work. Any specialty or elevated installation must be completed by the appropriate rental company, venue, or qualified vendor.

Custom Wedding Timeline

For couples who do not require a complete planning or management package but would still like professional assistance creating an organized flow for their wedding day.

We will create a customized wedding-day timeline incorporating your ceremony, reception, formalities, and key vendor logistics.

Travel & Destination Celebrations

Savvy Southern Events proudly serves celebrations throughout the San Antonio area, Boerne, New Braunfels, the Texas Hill Country, and select destinations.

Travel requirements are customized according to the location and needs of each celebration and may include:

Mileage and transportation
Hotel accommodations
Airfare for celebrations outside Texas
Rental transportation when necessary
Travel expenses for required planning-team members
