Additional coordinator
Planning packages already include an extra coordinator for 150–250 guests. Past 250, we add another pair of hands for guest flow, vendors and the wedding party.

Décor installation & teardown
We place, style and take down your approved décor so family isn't carrying boxes. We don't operate lifts or specialized equipment, and we don't do work that needs a ladder or elevated install.
