Inquiry
Share your date, venue, guest count and the support you want — management, partial planning, full-service, bartending or décor. We reply with availability.

Proposal
A written proposal with the experience that fits, any travel, and starting investment. Nothing is booked until you sign.

Planning, at the right depth
Wedding Management begins about 4–8 weeks out. Partial Planning adds vendor and design help. Full-Service starts at the first decisions: venue, budget, roadmap and vendors.

Vendors and the Collection
Planning clients get access to The Savvy Collection — candlelight, vessels, signage, runners, easels and ceremony accents — and to Savvy's trusted vendor network.

Walkthrough and rehearsal
A comprehensive venue walkthrough, floor-plan review and ceremony rehearsal, so nobody is guessing on the day.
- 06
Wedding weekend
Full-service includes the evening before and the wedding day. Every planning package includes on-site management from venue access through the last vendor's departure.
- 07
The bar, if you want it
In-house bartending: portable bar, professional tools, about one bartender per 100 guests, last call and breakdown. You provide the consumables.
