The studio is at 6075 De Zavala Road, Suite K, San Antonio, Texas — visits by appointment only. We plan weddings in Boerne, San Antonio, the Texas Hill Country, Austin, New Braunfels and select destinations. Travel is written into your proposal before you book.

Wedding Management starts about 4–8 weeks out, once you have planned the day — we take the timelines, walkthrough, rehearsal and wedding-day running. Partial Planning adds vendor and design help on top of that. Full-Service is the most comprehensive: venue, budget, vendors and the wedding weekend, from the first decisions through the last farewell.

Wedding Management begins at $2,450, Partial Planning at $4,250 and Full-Service Planning & Design at $7,550. Professional bartending begins at $500 per bartender for up to seven hours. Final numbers depend on guest count, location and any add-ons — we'll put that in writing.

An additional Savvy coordinator is included on planning packages for weddings with 150–250 guests. For more than 250 guests, additional coordinators can be added at $550 per extra 100 guests.

Planning clients have access to The Savvy Collection. Décor installation and teardown can be added — $1,000 for planning clients, $2,500 standalone. Bartending is in-house: Savvy provides the team, portable bar and tools; you provide alcohol, mixers, garnishes, ice and cups.

Yes. Celebrations throughout the San Antonio area, Boerne, New Braunfels, the Texas Hill Country and select destinations. Mileage, lodging, airfare outside Texas and team travel are outlined before you book.
