We use your information to respond to your inquiry, confirm availability, prepare proposals, coordinate with vendors on your behalf once you have booked, and communicate with you throughout the planning process.
Sharing with vendors
When you book with us, we share only the details a vendor needs to serve your wedding — such as timeline, headcount, venue and contact details for day-of coordination. We do not sell your information.
Photography
Wedding imagery is published only where we have permission from the couple and the photographer. If you would like an image removed, contact us and we will act on the request.
Retention
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to run our business and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your inquiry information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing us. We will confirm once the change is made.
