At Savvy Southern Events, we put our clients’ wishes at the forefront, customizing a special day that is perfectly suited to their needs. Disclosure/ Disclaimer

Please take note of the following professional and important disclosures:


1. **Assistant Coordinator Requirement:**

   - Events with over 120 guests or a wedding party exceeding 10 individuals necessitate the inclusion of assistant coordinator(s) at an additional cost. This cost will be seamlessly integrated into the final package price.


2. **Complimentary Decor Access:**

   - Couples booking our packages enjoy complimentary access to all wedding and event archways, as well as wedding decor from our inventory. Please note that providing your own setup support is required. For those seeking our assistance in decor setup, an additional fee will apply.


3. **Coordinator Limitations:**

   - For liability reasons, our Coordinators cannot engage in food or drink service to guests, bus tables, hang decorations requiring a ladder, or move heavy furniture or items requiring machinery.


4. **Booking and Payment Terms:**

   - Secure your date with a non-refundable $450 deposit upon booking, deducted from your final payment. While payment plans are available, all services must be paid in full 60 days prior to the event. Any payments made to SSE are non-refundable.


5. **Cancellation Fee &  Policy:**

   - Up to and including 6 months prior to the event, 50% of the final bill of due & is considered the cancellation fee. At 4 months, it becomes 75%, and 60 days before the event, the entire final fee is due.


6. **Travel Fees for Destination Events:**

   - For weddings outside San Antonio, TX, an additional travel fee will be determined by the Wedding Planner based on location, hotel fees, gas prices, and potential airfare.


These disclosures are crucial for a seamless planning process, ensuring your event with us is both memorable and stress-free.

Extras and Adds

Enhance your celebration with our exclusive ADD ONs, designed to tailor your experience to perfection:


1. **Assistant Coordinator - $450**

   - Required for guest counts of 120+ or weddings with over 10 people in the wedding party.


2. **Decor Setup/Teardown - $900**

   - Special Offer: $600 if added to our coordination/planning package.


3. **Custom Timeline - $175**

   - Ideal for those who prefer a personalized timeline without opting for a full package.


4. **Travel Fee - Varies**

   - Covers gas and hotel expenses if outside the San Antonio area (SATX).

   - For locations outside Texas, airfare charges will be applied.


5. **Custom Acrylic Welcome Sign - $200**

   - Elevate your event with a personalized touch of sophistication.


6. **4ft LOVE Marquee Light Rental - $250**

   - Let your love SHINE… literally! Our 4ft LOVE Marquee letters add a fun touch to your big day! (Photo shown below)


Choose from our range of ADD ONs to create a customized package that suits your unique needs and ensures an unforgettable celebration.

Bartenders

Elevate your event with the expertise of Savvy Southern Events' licensed, trained, and insured bartenders. Our comprehensive service provides a portable bar equipped with all necessary tools, while you supply the alcohol, mixers, ice, and cups. 


In our commitment to creating a personalized experience, we collaborate with the couple to craft distinctive signature drinks that reflect your unique style. Our professional bartenders ensure a seamless experience, arriving early to meticulously organize the bar, catering to the wedding party, and staying until the final toast at last call (3 PM to 10:30 PM).


Experience the perfect ratio of service with 1 bartender per 100 guests. Our transparent pricing model is set at $300 per bartender, with tips appreciated for exemplary service. Trust us to add a touch of sophistication to your celebration, creating an unforgettable atmosphere for you and your guests.

Full Planning Package

Embark on a seamless journey with Savvy Southern Events, where our Full Planning Package transforms your vision into an extraordinary reality. Ideal for couples seeking comprehensive support from engagement to celebration, we ensure a worry-free experience, allowing you to focus solely on enjoying the moment. This all-encompassing package builds upon our previous offerings and introduces exclusive elements:


- All features from our other meticulously crafted packages

- Detailed budget sheet and payment tracker

- Expert venue scouting and selection services

- Month-by-month checklist for a systematic approach

- Tailored vendor recommendations with assistance in appointments and bookings

- Support in managing invitations, tastings, and venue tours

- Assistance in securing hotel and transportation services

- Weekly Check-Ins (if you want) to keep you informed and on track

- Unparalleled access to our dedicated support the night before and throughout the entire wedding day

Partial Planner

Introducing our Partial Planner Package, tailored for couples who have meticulously planned most aspects but desire expert assistance for the finishing touches. This package encompasses the benefits of our Wedding Management Package and offers a comprehensive suite of services, including:


- Everything the “Wedding Management” Package features

- Assistance in securing last-minute vendors with two dedicated vendor meetings

- Thorough contract review and negotiation for remaining vendors

- Additional detailed venue walkthrough to help discuss design

- Personalized Wedding Consult: your go-to advice and guidance guru (client remains responsible for vendor communication)

- Last-minute details assistance for a seamless celebration

- Exclusive access to SSE's diverse decor inventory, with complimentary rentals

- Overseeing the day of set up process to ensure vision is met (having us do set up and teardown is an additional package)

- Free Use of our LOVE marquee light (shown at bottom of page)

Wedding Management Package

Introducing our Exclusive Wedding Management Package designed for couples who have meticulously planned their special day and now seek a seamless execution. Entrust us with the final 6-8 weeks, and we'll orchestrate a flawless celebration, allowing you to relish every moment stress-free. Our comprehensive services include:


- Tailored wedding party timeline

- Custom vendor timeline coordination

- In-depth venue walkthrough

- Precision floorplan creation

- Expert coordination of rehearsal proceedings

- On-site presence the ENTIRE TIME (venue opening to last vendor leaves) on your big day to ensure flawless execution

- Unlimited text/ email communication for any questions or concerns from the start

- Seamless management of vendor arrivals and setups

- Night-of distribution of final vendor payments and tips
