• An additional Savvy Southern Events coordinator is included for weddings with 150-250 guests, providing expanded support for guest flow, vendor oversight, wedding-party management, and seamless execution throughout the celebration​

Full décor installation, setup, and teardown by the Savvy Southern Events team may be added separately. Additional hired staffing/ coordinators needed for guest counts over 250.
