Our Partial Planning experience combines everything included in our Wedding Management Package with additional planning and design support as your wedding approaches. We step in to identify what remains, provide trusted guidance, and help transform your existing plans into a cohesive, thoughtfully executed celebration.

• Assistance securing remaining vendors, including two dedicated vendor meetings

• Review and guidance for remaining vendor contracts

• An additional detailed venue walkthrough focused on design, layout, and overall event flow

• Personalized planning consultations for professional advice, recommendations, and decision-making support

• Assistance identifying and completing remaining wedding details

• Design and décor guidance to help create a cohesive look throughout your celebration

• Access to The Savvy Collection, our curated inventory of décor and finishing details

• Oversight of the wedding-day setup process to ensure your established design and vision are executed as planned

• Coordination of final logistics, vendors, timelines, rehearsal, and wedding-day execution

• An additional Savvy Southern Events coordinator is included for weddings with 150-250 guests, providing expanded support for guest flow, vendor oversight, wedding-party management, and seamless execution throughout the celebration

Full décor installation, setup, and teardown by the Savvy Southern Events team may be added separately. Additional hired staffing/ coordinators needed for guest counts over 250.
